The excellent corporate culture can not only bring the harmonious improvement and stable development for a corporation but also intensify the innovation and core competitiveness of the corporation. Invisible as it seems, the corporate culture is full of magic. So how dose the corporate culture bring tremendous benefit and enliven the corporation? The answer is just what all the confused entrepreneurs want.According to the systematology, this thesis regards the establishment of the corporate culture as the system engineering and mainly pays attention to the research on the establishment, implementation, evaluation, risk analysis and construction means of the corporate culture form the aspect of engineering project, as a result of which we can find out the best way to build an excellent corporate culture.At the beginning, this paper analyzes the development of the corporate culture and the important role which corporate culture plays in the development of the enterprise.And then, the thesis researches the basic theory, structure, function and effect of the corporate culture, and explains the deficiency, problem and contradiction in the establishment of the corporate culture among Chinese enterprises.At last, taking the construction of the project as an example, this paper researches the feasibility and necessity to blend the establishment of the corporate culture and construction of the project.By reviewing the main problems in the establishment of the corporate culture and summarizing the advantages of the managements of the projects, this thesis comes to the conclusion that it is feasible and necessary to apply the projects management methods to the establishment of the corporate culture in modern times. Through this integration, it can increase the efficiency of the establishing the corporate culture and avoid all kinds of risks. The quantified evaluation of the effectiveness of the corporate culture has yet to be researched. |
