The marketing channel is a long-term complex interpersonal management, which the competitors are hard to imitate within short period of time. Therefore, it is really important to make a comprehensive, deep, systematic, and scientific study on it. And there exist some problems on the marketing channel of electric motor in MN Company. The paper analyses MN company marketing channel,find its advantage and disadvantage, and put forward some advice.It examines this problem from the following aspects:Firstly, it makes an introduction to the distribution channel, including its concept, function, structure and etc.Secondly, it gives a description of MN Company, including its trade situation, structure, members, and management.Thirdly, on the basis of actual description, it makes an evaluation of its advantage and disadvantage including its status, service quality, conflicts and etc.Fourthly, it put forward some reform advice according to its situation and its industrial characters.
