Research On Facility Location Of Re-manufacturing Network

The modern competition is gradually drastic. More and more enterprises realize that it is necessary to collect the reused product. It is necessary that enterprises establish the reused product collection strategic. Re-manufacturing network is becoming an important research subject. The idea and aim of Re-manufacturing network is that using lower cost to gained maximal value. It needs the effective facility of re-manufacturing network. The facility location of the re-manufacturing network is one of the important aspects. The facility location model is the concentrated expression of this idea.The research object of this dissertation is the facility location of re-manufacturing reverse logistics network. After a brief introduction of the related theories, the author firstly introduced the re-manufacturing network. After analyzing the problems about the facility location of re-manufacturing network, the author established the object frame of the facility location of re-manufacturing network. the author analyzed the methods of the logistics facility location. At following, the author established the model of the re-manufacturing reverse logistics network by using the MILP. In the end, the dissertation made an empirical study through the facility location of re-manufacturing network between a computer producer and its re-manufacturing.
