Research On Facility Location Of Logistics Company A Under The Competitive Environment

For a logistics company,the network directly serving the customer,and decided the size of the appeal to customers,and ultimately affected the company's total profits,thus a line node location for the major logistics companies is a key factor affecting its earnings.Significantly,especially with the development of logistics industry for many years as well as the improvement of logistics company network,site selection is often under the environment of competition,so the competitive environment(is going to enter the area of existing competitors outlets or not only have a rival and belonging to the company network)network site study is necessary.And the location problem of the traditional are generally of distribution centers,warehouses and other large-scale facilities for research,few detailed analysis were carried out on the site,so the paper under the competitive environment for a line of nodes location research had strong theoretical and practical significance.on the basis of facility location literature review at home and abroad,and after analyzed the actual operation of A company,this paper established its branch the gravitational pull of the utility function,based on the gravity function,respectively established A single facility location model and multiple facilities competition location model,by using Lingo to solve its respectively,finally through the results contrast analysis,proposed to the company A node location of some management Suggestions,specific work is as follows:(1)Based on facility location literature review at home and abroad,this paper argued that the gravity model more in line with the need to study the problem,and according to the status quo of the use of A company the utility function of gravity is determined by the quality of investment.(2)According to(1)established the gravity of the utility function,this paper established a single facility competitive location model,and by using Lingo software to solve.(3)After analysising the limitations of single facility competitive location model,this paper put forward multiple competitive facilities location model,and set up multiple competitive facility location model,and also use Lingo software to get solution.Through the analysis of the results,we found that single facility location is suitable for competition only rival candidate area without the company's network,multiple facility location is used in the candidate area had both competitors and the company network,and site selection on multiple facilities is much more in line with the actual situation of A company,samely,in this paper,the competitive location model can also be used for site selection of problem such as retail,catering industry to provide relevant experience.
