| In the impact of technological revolution and globalization,the air transport industry is developing rapidly, which leads the industrial structure and layout to change throughout the world. In this case, a new form of the regional economy that is called the airport economy comes out. It is supported by new high technology basing on the resources of airport. The production and development of the airport economy make the airport in the developed economic area, especially the international important airport, no longer the traditional airport. Caused by the airport economy, the region around the airport has turned into a new urban form in the developed countries and areas.The development of economy and the rising civil aviation in China have shown the improvement on economy and region more and more. Thus it's necessary for us to think about the several questions as followed: how to analyses the effect of airport economy on China urban in the view point of urban plan, and how to reasonably use the economy form in the urban space to promote the optimization of urban structure and to enhance competitiveness.Based on such background, four parts are discussed in the viewpoints of the economic and space of which the focus point is space. Started from the whole feature of airport economy, the formation, influence mechanism, historical evolution and the relationship with urban of the airport economic area are discussed in part one. The second part sums up the airport economic area type, industrial characteristics, the layout of space and model. The third part cultivates the layout of the airport economic zone planning, determine the function level, direction and location, and the relationship of the city spatial structure, at the same time, giving the building strategy of the transportation planning, ecological environment construction, landscape construction.On the basis of the theory analysis,the latter part of the article clarify the study on the Chaoshan airport economic area planning. |
