| Iron & steel industry is the important mainstay industry of national economy. Producing capability in iron & steel industry is mounting up fleetly and competition is more and more drastic along with national economy increasing, the development of corporation is faced with tremendous challenges. So the specific strategy need be confirmed to direct the development of corporation rapidly and healthily. In this thesis, aiming at developing stratagem and realizing stratagem, the author put forward some guarantee measures, which are provided with direction significance for the management and development, through analyzing present situation of Heilongjiang Jianlong (HJL) Iron & Steel Corporation.In the first part, I reveal the basic condition of HJL Iron & Steel Corporation, Introduce the location, managing level, equipment, human resource, corporate culture, technology, products and leaders' ability, etc. and indicate the existent problem at present.In the second part I analyze the external environment (including government policy and macroeconomics factors) and internal condition using the theory of corporation strategic managing. Know threats and opportunities through analyzing external environment, and know strength and weakness through analyzing internal condition. Using the result, I make a SWOT matrix, I make feasible projects for exerting the predominance of the corporation itself and making use of external opportunity, avoiding the inferior position of the corporation itself and external threats. According to strategic analysis, I select focus-strategy, which focuses on high-quality steel and make efforts to entry into steel for petroleum market, as the strategic guideline of Heilongjiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd from the three basically competition strategies.In the next part of this thesis, in the process of strategic implementing guarantee measures, which is building strategic alliance, fostering core competence and building corporate culture, are pointed out in HJL Iron & Steel Corporation... |
