The Research On The Power Of Original Innovation Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Enterprise In Our Country

Equipment manufacturing industry is the general name of the enterprises providing technological equipment for national economy and defense, which refers to main equipment products, elements, fittings and technological services. With the global economic integration, the international competition becomes more and more fierce and Chinese equipment manufacturing industry (CEMI) is facing an unprecedented challenge. In a typical technology-intensive industry, the importance of the innovation power becomes obvious in the development of the whole industry. Therefore, how to enhance the original innovation power and the competitiveness and existing ability of the whole industry is quite practical significance.Based on relative theories and practice, this thesis firstly states the present situation of CEMI and the its problems in original innovation, and analyses the influencing factors of original innovation power; then establishes an evaluation index system for the original innovation power of the enterprises, and conducts an empirical analysis on CEMI using grey correlation model; finally, according to the evaluation results, it puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the original innovation power of CEMI from the angles of enterprise and government.This thesis includes 6 chapters. Chapter 1 is mainly the introduction of the study background and the current research at home and abroad, as well as the research route. Chapter 2 is the statement of relative theories, which introduce the connotation and characteristics of original innovation and the main idea of system theory. During the following research objective, it defines the original innovation of CEMI and distinguishes the difference between it and other kinds of innovation. In chapter 3, it examines the developing currency of CEMI and its problems in original innovation, the result of which shows the original innovation power is quite weak, and emphasizes the importance and urgency of the relative research. In chapter 4, on the basis of the definition and characteristics of original innovation power system of CEMI, it analyses the elements of the system and interaction among them. In chapter 5, it builds the evaluation index system of original innovation power for the enterprises of CEMI based on related elements, and conducts a positive analysis using grey correlation model. In chapter 6, it proposes the countermeasures to reinforce the original innovation power of CEMI in the views of enterprises and government, according to the relative system elements and the evaluation results.
