Research And Implementation Of A Multi-objectives Composition And Group Decision Making Algorithm

For the purpose of specific objectives, decision making is the process of carefully choosing the best one from a few of valuable schemes, which are produced through capturing a mount of data and investigating on them. But multi-objectives problem usually faces the multiplicity of objectives, which are sometimes incompatible. Therefore, one approving scheme has to be chosen from a satisfied scheme set by decision maker. And some Enterprise Resource Planning Systems used by modern plants still have the problems that decision-making is not supported well, the detailed production plans can not be afforded timely, and the schemes used to correspond with other enterprises can not be studied out. Based on these problems, a kind of algorithm on multi-objectives combination and group decision-making is researched, and hopefully can benefit the solution of problems.First of all, the target and significance of research on this topic are introduced. Then some theories and models about supply chain management, which is the applied domain of the algorithm, are summarized. And some theories and technologies about multi-objectives optimization and decision-making, which contain the mathematic model, the format of solution, and some optimized algorithms, have been introduced in this paper. Based on these, the processes and structure of the algorithm are detailed described, which are composed of three segments: modeling, solutions analysis and schemes combination restricted by objectives and resources. At last the feasibility of this algorithm applied in SCM is testified by an example.
