Since the Reform and Opening up, China's garment industry has developed greatly for 30 years. After entering into the World Trade Organization, China's garment industry has been integrated into the economic globalization trend. Increasingly fierce competition in the domestic apparel market, mainly concentrated in competes with our rivals for the common market resource, and it is a long-lasting war of attrition. If the clothing enterprises in China put itself on the development of the KSF, this will be the foundation to support China's clothing enterprises to survive and develop. KSF theory is mature in a number of industries and domains. In the substantial results, we can learn from the successful cases,however, theory and practice research of KSF of China clothing enterprises are still rare. Based on the strategic perspective, our study on the KSF of China clothing enterprises is an experimental discussion. Through the re-reflection of current situation of China clothing enterprise, it can help China apparel business understand and learn the KSF. It offers inspiration and guide to the development of enterprises.This article looks at the KSF at home and abroad, as well as the relevant theory concerned in strategy and management, analyzes the current situation and features of China's apparel business, and the gap between the world-class companies, bottleneck in the development etc. by using Porter "five forces model" and "SWOT model". Through a large number of documents and materials analysis, refining the peculiar KSF of China clothing business which is based on the strategic perspective. Then, discusses at the strategic level of the KSF of apparel business——core force and creativity, comes to the preliminary conclusion. The research is going from the theory of core force, combined with the current situation of China's garment enterprises, research and analysis the method to build core power of China's clothing enterprises. From the general theory of creativity, combined with the current situation of China's garment enterprises, this paper researches and analyses the way to enhance innovation capacity of China's clothing enterprises.
