Study On Informatization Construction In Garment Enterprises

With the coming of information economic era and the further acceleration of economic globalization, the wave of informatization is sweeping the globe; information technology revolution is breaking and reorganizing the existing international economic order and structure, and promoting the transformation from material economy to information economy. With the economic globalization trend, the enterprise reform, reconstruction and modernization process would be tardigrade, the existence and development of enterprises would become a big problem without informatization.Firstly, this dissertation analyzed the meaning of enterprise informatization, content and applications of information technology in current garment enterprises. Secondly, this dissertation researched the development and the overall situation of informatization construction in Chinese garment enterprises. Finally it studied the problems and the solutions to these problems.This dissertation is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction of the dissertation, which expounds the research background and significance, and accounts for the research ideas and the main research methods. The second chapter focuses on the concept of enterprise informatization, the connotation and extension, and the main information technologies in the current garment enterprises. This chapter also introduced the related theory which the enterprise informatization process applied, including the theory of constraints, the theory of cooperation and the informatization evaluation index system. The third chapter discusses the development of information technology in Chinese garment enterprises, combining with garment enterprises informatization survey report, using charts and tables presenting the overall status and influencing factors of informatization construction in Chinese garment enterprise. The forth chapter summed up the problems of Chinese garment enterprises in the process of informatization construction from six aspects, i.e. ideas, management, human resources, technology, capital and policy. On the basis of the above six issues, the fifth chapter made the countermeasure analysis on informatization construction in garment enterprises from three levels of nation, industry and enterprise, and brought up the concrete implementation steps. The concluding part summarized the full dissertation.
