The effective disposal of NPL is one of the core issues of China's financial reform and development. It also makes China's financial markets improve laws and regulations to promote China's capital market. Together with financial innovations, it helps reduce financial risks, and promoting the reform of the financial system.On explaining concepts, theories and modes of the disposal of NPL, it gives clear analysis of different models in the disposal of NPL by the introduction of the historical background and the current situation of self-entities of banks. In comparison of varieties of modes such as restructuring, the packing and auction, packing and transfer of agreement and so on, especially focusing on the mode of CCB Bank self-entity disposal of 120 cases, it describes the applicability of the mode of packing and transfer of agreement. There are representatives and references for cases similar to the China Construction Bank.The aim of this paper is analyzing varieties of causes of NPL and collecting lessons, comparing and summing up disposal modes of NPL together.
