| Compared with the enterprise internal management,achieving high-efficient and cross enterprises' supply chain management is not an easy thing,especially in automobile industry. The field involved of automobile industry is very extensive,it include automotive accessories and raw materials suppliers, completed automotive factories, automotive dealers and terminal customers,the third supported organization,such as TPL,bank and certification center,etc. The process from the procurement of automotive accessories, manufacturing to distribution is very long and complex. An automobile is often made up of hundreds and thousands of spare parts,and the automobile supply chain is complicated and typical. The rise of E-Business has changed the traditional management mode of enterprise.It has offered the means for achieving effective supply chain management.The combination of EC and SC is electronic supply chain that is our refered. On the basis of such a background,this paper tries to make research on the construction of automobile electronic supply chain.Standing at the position of the completed automotive factory , this paper utilizes PEST analysis method and five strength analysis model to analyse and study the opportunity and threat of automobile industry's macroscopical environment,and the strength and weakness of completed car factory,then educe the decision and goal of construction of automotive E-SC. On the basis of research on foreign automotive industry's supply chain integration modes,that is One-way mode and Two-way mode,and the American automotive network exchange , considered the current situation of automobile industry of our country ,this paper educes the conclusion that construction E-SC of automobile industry of our country should be implemented in four stages,that is the internal integration of SC leaguer stage,the integration of E-SC based on one core enterprise stage, the integration of E-SC based on several core enterprise stage and CNX which connected with globe net stage. The B2B EC center and B2C EC center of the E-SC flat roof make the up and down integration of automotive SC come true.The main content of the management of E-SC is the automotive accessories management and automotive dealers and terminal customers management.This paper divides two part to research it:the first part is automotive accessories suppliers relationship management which included the appraisal and selection of the accessories suppliers under E-SC ,the E-procurement of completed automotive factories and the cooperation game analysis between completed automotive factories and accessories suppliers;the second part is the CRM.The construction of E-SC supply a efficient way to optimize the management of the automotive suppy chain of our country.Its actualization cound advances the complex adbility of competition. The research fruit of this paper could play a role of use for reference to the construction and management of automobile E-SC of our country. |
