With the durative and stable development of power market and the advancement of society, the power marketing strategies of our nation advance with the times. As one of the eastern provinces, Zhejiang's electricity consumption situation has been getting rigorous in latest years. To seek for proper strategies fitting for the development of power market in Zhejiang province is useful and exigent for improving power marketing system, serving the power consumers better, increasing the profit of electric-power companies. Based on lastest years' electricity consumption situation in Zhejiang, the power supply cost of inhabitants and industrial users was analysed and compared firstly, and the necessity of actualizing ladder- progressive electricity price was illuminated. Then all kinds of different prices' influences on market and the referrence to Zhejiang province's electricity prices were discussed. Lastly, the market shares of province-class electric-power company and user-owned power plants were analysed, the methods to improve the market share of province-class electric-power company were proposed.Chinese power marketing strategies were discussed, and the traits of several active electricity prices and principles of constituting electricity price were expounded in the first chapter.In the period of the Tenth five-year-plan, the inhabitants' income gap is getting larger and larger. The crossed equation between the inhabitants with different incomes and industrial users is more and more serious. The ladder- progressive price used to allay the crossed equation and its actualization at home and abroad were discussed, inhabitants' power supply cost in Zhejiang was analysed detailedly. Considering some factors affecting power supply cost, the models were established, the power supply costs of inhabitants, industrial users with voltage 110kV and with voltage 10kV were compared qualitatively, the power supply costs of the three kinds of power users were estimated quantificationally. A conclusion was obtained that the costs between inhabitants and industrial users were converted, the crossed equation exited, so it was necessary to actualize ladder- progressive electricity price.In recent years, power consumers got diversiform, consumers' demands to power quality enhanced gradually. Power load varied with temperature, etc. These factors made relevant different prices feasible. In the third chapter, the actualization of all kinds of active different prices was analysed in detail, the influence of the actualization of these electricity prices on market and the referrence to Zhejiang province's electricity price system.In the fourth chapter, with the correlative power data of Zhejiang, the market shares of province-class electric-power companies and user-owned power plants were analysed in detail. Suggestions about how to increase the province-class electric-power companies' market share were given based on analysis of the use of local power plants, user-owned power plant and final energy.
