Organizational Commitment (OC) is the comparatively extent of the staff committing to the organization and the tendency of staff's attitudes. From the time when American social scientist Becker(1960) developed its concept, the studies on OC improved quickly. Because of its strong relationship with work outcomes in theory, more and more researchers begin to put hand on it. The main purpose of this paper is to discover the relationship among sell man's organizational commitments with their work outcomes.Based on the former researches, we developed our questionnaire for the paper. By selecting some representative sell members working in Dazhong Machine Co. Ltd., this study collects the data concerning organizational commitment and work outcomes by questionnaire and, with the help of SPSS 14.0 statistics software, makes the following conclusions:Firstly, to the sell man, desire to remain a member of the organization has strong correlation with work performance, has strong negative correlation with turnover intention, and has weak correlation with organizational citizenship behavior.Secondly, to the sell man, belief in the organization's goals and values has weak correlation with work outcomes. This is inconsistent with our assumption, and need to be further explored.Thirdly, to the sell man, willingness to exert considerable effort for the organization has strong correlation with work performance, has strong correlation with organizational citizenship behavior, and has weak correlation with turnover intention.Fourthly, the relationships between incentive system and willingness to exert considerable effort are poor, and incentive system has poor correlation with work outcomes. This is inconsistent with our assumption; we give a simple reason, but need to be further explored.Fifthly, belief in the organization's goals and values has strong correlation with willingness to exert considerable effort for the organization; desire to remain a member of the organization has weak correlation with willingness to exert considerable effort for the organization; desire to remain a member of the organization has weak correlation with belief in the organization's goals and values。...
