A Study On Internationalization Of Aircraft Industry

After the Cold War, the subjects of the world have changed from revolution and war to peace and development. Everyone can notice the current of the integration, information and knowledge driving of economy. Under the condition of the economic globalization, internationalization has become the objective need for its survival and development.Aircraft industry is an internationalism industry. Our aircraft industry is epitome of Chinese modern industry. Aircraft manufacturing is one of the most important part of defense industry. It has a strong effect on both the national defense and national economy. By one hundred years'anneal of international market, especially reform & opening of 1970's, our aircraft industry has achieved great development in internationalization.Previously, neither the scholars nor the entrepreneurs concern the problems of internationalization in industrial dimension, for they all focus their interests on dimensions of nation or corporate. I wish my thesis could make an innovation in this aspect.My work consists of two parts. In one hand, I analyze the internationalization in the field of aircraft manufacturing by some related theories of industrial internationalization. I expect Chinese aircraft industry can get some experience from it. In the other hand, I feel that the internationalization in aircraft manufacturing field must be change great effects on Chinese aircraft industry. This thesis analyzed the effects from some angles, such as trade of aircraft goods and technologies,subcontract and FDI. The thesis finally gave policy suggestions of improving our aircraft industry.
