In the "customer-centric" era, with increasingly diversified customer demands, enterprises are faced with increasingly fierce competition. Process has become a key that enterprise gaining competitiveness because of its customer-oriented characteristics. The most urgent need for the aviation maintenance enterprises are the problems that they must overcome own existent problems such as maintenance process life cycle is long, wait for more time and the higher probability of maintenance, thereby beneficial to existence and development of the aviation maintenance enterprises in market competition, also beneficial to the development of our country national defense cause.Firstly, the paper studied a large number of research literature papers about Process Reengineering at home and abroad, introduced the basic theory of process reengineering, from the definition of the Process Reengineering, methods, causes of failure and other management thoughts of the aspects, and proposed a implementation model that suits Process Reengineering of the maintenance enterprises, based on the study of existing implementation process reengineering the model, and also established a corresponding program evaluation index.Secondly, through the enterprise production scene, we studied the structure and the repair craft of aeroengine, observed and recorded the existing maintenance processes and production management process, analyzed and summarized the problem of the process with process reengineering theories and methods, designed the process reengineering program in order to improve the efficiency of main fuel system repair the core of the aeroengine and enterprise benefits, also offered some references for the same type of business.The paper forecasted and evaluated the results of the new program which shows that reengineering program can really short the maintenance cycle of the aeroengine main fuel system, improve the efficiency of repair and reduce repair costs.Finally, we summarized this article's research, and proposed the question which further research need to develop, before conclusive discussion.
