The Empirical Research On The Influence Factors Of Enterprises Enter Into Clusters

Enterprises Clusters are the effective organization form to impulse the development of regional economy and achieve continuously upgrading and innovating in technology, they become important impetus to regional economy. Accordingly, enterprises clusters attract increasing attention in many research fields. Studies on enterprises clusters are being deepened gradually from both theoretic and angle overseas and inland. Therefore, taking an empirical study on the influence factors of enterprises enter into clusters have great significance for Chongqing province even the whole country through combining production of international study with the characteristic of enterprises clusters in Chongqing province.On the basis of integrating Chinese and Foreign correlative research, we have found out the six influencing factors of enterprises enter into clusters, including cluster factor conditions, demand conditions, the development form of related and supporting industries, context for firm strategy and rivalry, the policy of the government and the ability of innovation and absorbing knowledge. Then we design the measurement items of the six factors, and take the enterprises of Chongqing sa sample, sample investigation and empirical verify the influence of the six factors to the enterprises enter into clusters .On the basis of carrying on the data of the questionnaire investigation to Chongqing's enterprises about the motive of enterprises enter into clusters, this paper uses SPSS 11.0 for the first exploratory factor analysis of small samples to delete the sub-standard indicators and form a preliminary form factor. Based on the analysis, this paper optimized questionnaires and conducted a large sample questionnaire survey and analysis. With the help of SPSS, the reliability test of various indicators enhances validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Then Use the entropy weight coefficient method to do the reduce the dimensionality of the influence factors, after that it applied binary logit model and mlogit model to analyze the influence factors of the will and behavior of enterprises enter into clusters. The results indicate: the cluster factor conditions,demand conditions,related and supporting industries and the policy of the government have significant positive impact on the will of enterprises enter into clusters. Demand conditions have significant positive impact on the behavior of enterprises enter into clusters. Finally, this paper analyzes the results of empirical analysis, and then proposes some advices for enterprises,cluster and government .
