The related researches on job stress in china are mainly concentrating on the correlations between job stressors and the stress reaction (eg. work performance, work satisfaction, turnover). For example, the relationship between job stress and work attitude; job stressors, self-regulating and the interactive influence to job burnout;according to a company, the relationships among job stress, satisfaction and organizational commitment.Some foreign researches indicated that organizational supports maybe an important mediator or moderator in the forming process of job stress. For example, organizational supports display a remarkable cushioning effect among the role of stress, pressure result, work satisfaction and absence; the organizational supports can reduce staff's feeling of intense and tired, enhance work satisfaction and organization commitment; the inverse correlation between organization supports and work-family conflict, organizational supports may alleviate the work- family conflict which caused by job stress; high-level organization support feeling results in lower job stress feeling.Related researches in our country on job stress were mainly concerned about the foundation of job stressors, the correlations between job stressors and stress reactions; There are relatively more concerns about organization support in overseas'stress studies, but there are little system research on moderate effect of organization supports between job stressors and stress reactions. Moreover, some of the existed conclusions are mainly based on the background of specific Western economic and civilization. This article analyzed the relationships among job stressors, organizational supports and stress reactions under the Chinese economic and civilization background, discussed the moderate effect of organizational supports between job stressors and stress reactions, provided some practical instructions for enterprise's stress management.After studying the literature, this article bring forward some hypotheses, H1: there are positive stressors and negative stressors of knowledge worker, and the stress reactions also have two sides; H2: the perceived job stress are vary from people to people; H3: there are remarkable relationship between job stressors and stress reactions; H4: the relationships between job stressors and organizational supports are positive; H5: there are significant relationships between organizational supports and stress reactions; H6: organizational supports have moderation effects between job stressors and stress reactions. Then this study conducted a survey based on samples of knowledge workers. SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the data, which including validity examination, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and so on.According to the study, the following conclusions were found: firstly, knowledge workers'stress reactions have two sides,positive or negative side; second, there are significantly correlations among organizational supports, job stressors and stress reactions; third, organizational supports play remarkable moderation effects between job stressors and stress reactions.Thereby, enterprises may start stress management from job stressors and organizational supports. Knowledge workers job are full of self-realization factors, difficulties and challenges. As far as the job stressors aspect, it can increases the knowledge worker's positive job stressors (such as awarding knowledge workers full right to conduct works, increasing challenges to them), related corporations can also eliminate or reduce the negative influences which caused by negative job stressors. From the perspective of organization support, managers should pay attention to knowledge worker's work and life, provide necessary material and spirit supports to them. Other departments of the organization should also provide knowledge workers with necessary information and equipments. Furthermore, creating a well communicated, helpful and knowledge shared culture in organization is also important both in alleviating knowledge workers'negative stress and promoting their work performance.
