On The Construction Of Ecopolis From The Perspective Of Circulation Economy

Developing circulation economy and building economized society is important measure to fulfill the concept of scientific development. And it is inevitable choice to realize the transformation of economy growth pattern, loosen the constraint of resources, reduce the environment pressure, promote the sound and quick development of national economy and realize an overall well-off and sustainable developing society. So, under the sight of circulation economy to study on the issue of ecopolis construction is a realistic topic of great importance, basing on the orientation and height of city development.This dissertation analyzes the definition of circulation economy, the ecopolis and their interaction mechanism, summarizes the relevant research and practice on ecopolis construction at home and abroad, grasps the development trend and history of circulation economy and ecopolis construction. After enumerating the main problems in circulation economy and ecopolis construction in our city, the dissertation probes into the measures to them. Then, taking Liaocheng City of Shandong Province as an example, the dissertation elaborates the basic situation of circulation economy development and ecopolis construction, especially the eco-industry construction in the city. Comparing with the situation in other places, the dissertation puts forward a proposal of setting up eco-industry park (EIP) basing on upstream and downstream industrial chain, which will be useful information for the sustainable development of Liaocheng City. Main contents of this dissertation include:1. Basing on the research on domestic and overseas situation, the dissertation outlines the background, meaning, research method, innovation and shortcomings of this topic, and gives a documentation review to circulation economy and ecopolis. The above-mentioned are contents of the first two chapters, which are presupposition of the follow-up deep research and it demonstrates the meaning of the follow-up content.2. The third and the fourth chapters deeply analyze the interaction mechanism of circulation economy and ecopolis, and summarize the practices on circulation economy and ecopolis in the world, which foreshadows the research with Liaocheng of Shandong as an example.3. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of Liaocheng City in circulation economy and ecopolis construction and the measures it should take; The sixth chapter focuses on eco-industry and eco-industrial park (EIP), after comparing with other places, putting forward the idea of setting up industrial chain EIP, and illustrates the issue with examples. This chapter is the core of the dissertation.4. The last chapter makes suggestion on circulation economy and ecopolis construction, which is useful information for sustainable development in Liaocheng City.Meanwhile, the dissertation will draws up the public attention to circulation economy and ecopolis construction, and improve the public's conscience in environmental protection and ecological security.From the view of industrial economy, landscape ecology, urban geography, environmental economy and urban planning, the dissertation analyzes the situation of circulation economy and ecopolis construction in Liaocheng, and probes into the new method in ecopolis construction, in aim of improving ecopolis management and sustainable development of Liaocheng City.
