With the increasing demands for e-business online payment, the third party payment platform develops rapidly, and plays an important role in B2C, C2C e-business market. However, because of the incompleteness of legal in our country, it has not established corresponding national credit mechanism. The third party online payment is still in immaturity that ensures security of business. Many problems appear in the process of the third party online payment. First of all, lacking of reputation, the third party platform is distrusted in terms of objective qualifications and business scope, which is not suitable for B2B transactions. Generally, buyers and sellers often stick to their own version once dispute appearing in the trade, so that it is difficult to get evidence for relevant departments. Most important, there exists transit funds and credit risk, which may result in systematic risk. In addition, it is not perfect in the process of the third party online payment, and there will be an inevitable loss of credit present.As a lot of problems existing, the third party online payment can not meet the needs of the rapid development of e-business. Therefore, this thesis proposes collaborative management of the third party online payment. It refers to funds cooperating with information, logistics, business and government flow, through innovation to meet the rapid development need of e-business.In the thesis, it studies how to improve the third party online payment mode effectively, to serve the integration of the information flow, capital flow and logistics of e-business. On the basis of studying transit funds, security risks and non-integration of information resources in present mode, it proposes collaborative management mode of the third party online payment. Through integrating information flow, logistics, capital flow, business flow and government resource, it establishes the trust mechanism between buyers and sellers, sets up and utilizes basic information resource database of national e-business effectively, to provide service innovation for the third party online payment. The main point and innovation in the thesis are show below.Firstly, research on the present third party online payment mode. From such aspects as transaction process, topology framework, security certification process, settlement route, it points out problems of the present third party online payment mode.Secondly, research on collaborative management of the third party online payment. In view of limitations of the present third party online payment, it puts in such areas as realization way and system structure. And then from the industry value chain model of collaborative management of the third party online payment, it realizes collaboration of information flow, logistics, capital flow, business flow and government flow.Thirdly, research on service innovation of collaborative management of the third party online payment. It builds basic information resource database of national e-business, to realize all kinds of extensive creative serviee, such as anti-money laundering, anti-taxevasion, to satisfy the individual demand of participators.
