| Paperless trading is a new mode trading which makes information technology totally instead of the paper transfer in the process of international trading. Paperless trading can lower the cost remarkably, improve the efficency, and higher the managment lever of country in the field of tax and finance, so it become main trend. Paperless trading demands business chain, logistics chain, finance chain and government affair chain integrated, that is we should share the information among B2B cooprations, Banks, logistics, the customs, the police share at the first time and cooperate ideally. However, it improved that the key of integration of four chains above is the finance chain, we should find a effecitive mode. There are some problems in B2B payment system at present, for example, the information orders can not achieve synchronous with the captial flow, cross-pay and cross-border payments can not be used, cooperative management can not be realized. This paper researches on the above-mentioned issues, builds a new mode of B2B online payment of paperless trading which makes the finance chain as ceter, connect the business chain, logistics chain and government chain. It not only can be used for online payment, but also can improve public management level in the field of international trading.More and more countries achieve this by using the information technology instead the paper transfer. But the information of business, logistics, payment, clearance, tax has not been conformity come together at the same time, quantitative data can not be into integration, business chain, logistcs chain, finance chain and police chain government affair chain can not been cooperated ideally. In order to solve this problem and promote the development of paperless trading, we need to carry out systematic and deep research on the model of B2B online payment according to the actuality of China. The study is meaningful to the development of paperless trading in theory and practice.In this thesis, we utilized many methods synthetically such as comparative analysis, synergetics theory, business model theory, value engineering theory combining with decision support system (DSS) on the basis of abundant relevant domestic and international achievement. We have sixes chapters. In chapter one we introduce the background, purpose and significance of research, also the status of reviews home and abroad. In chapter two, we know the concept of paperless trading, B2B online payment, cooperative management, on the basis of synergetics theory,business modeltheory and value engineering theory, we build the three core models of this paper, that are paperless trading value chain model, eight-dimensional space model of cooperative management of online payment, payment industrial chain model of cooperative management of paperless trading online payment. In the chapter three, we design the paperless trading platform, and descripte detailly the principles, goals and so on. In the chapter four, we discuss the pubilc management of platform above by using of the DSS, take trading structures and anti-tax for examples. In chapter five, we try to analyse the institutional factors of ideas mentioned above with the theory of principal-agent. |
