Since the integration, Dongbei Special Steel Group have researched the enterprise culture constantly, and formed its own culture conception of pursuing continuously to revitalize the national special steel industry, enhanced its management, pushed innovation in its system, made better and faster development. In chapter 3, I reviewed the development of enterprise culture in Dongbei Special Steel Group, summarized its characteristic and influence.
