In a highly competitive market, rapid and diverse changes in customer demand is resulting in changes to the project. Meanwhile, the role of the suppliers have gradually changed from passive to active participation in new product development in order to enhance enterprise competitiveness. So, it is worth to be discussed thoroughly on how to enhance the development performance and change management when earlier suppliers involve in new product development.Model construct refers to the existing SD project management model, which is constructed by Richardson and Pugh in 1981.The existing model have realized the basic simulation functions, which was separated for four sectors: Process, Rework, Workforce and Productivity. The parameters of the new model in this paper have been partly adjusted and the situation of earlier supplier involvement and project change were added in. The final SD model was composed of Project workflow, Human resources, cost and revenue. After the simulation into the main conclusions:The higher the change in scope, the more the work additions and less will be the revenue generated, even though the revenue generated is low, the overall competence staff is increased considerably, which is a strategic asset in the today's knowledge economy. The earlier suppliers involved, the less change scope that caused, he greater the revenue got, and the sooner the time, the greater the rate of revenue growth. At the premise of the total rate of change scope is the same, the loss when change scope scattered in different time periods is less than that in the one-time change. The delays that maybe appear in some aspects of the project, will have a negative effect on the development performance more or less. The salaries would be increased with work flow efficiency down, cause revenue slipped down, so the work flow required to be kept at a high level. This paper focused on the system structure analysis and key factors research, which could be taken into practice for corporation.
