In this dissertation,the modeling method on Production Planning of supply chain management(SCM) Based on Petri net, and its optimization using particle swarm optimization (PSO)algorithm are studied, and the system antitype developed by VS.NET is built.Firstly, the Background, aim and meanings of this dissertation are given, and the internal and international research results about the study on production planning field of SCM are overviewed, and the meanings and benefits to study production planning are presented. At the same time, the blast theory and its applications are also introduced, then, the concept, structure and characteristics of SCM are introduced. Based on above a brief analysis of new features of the production plan is given.Secondly, the theory and application of Petri net is introduced, and the trigger rules and nature of the Petri net is analyzed. The analysis and modeling methods based on Petri net, and its advantages are introduced. A model of production planning of SCM based on Petri net is established and the methods and steps of a specific example are analyzed, and the feasibility of rules and the description of the objective function in this model are analyzed.Thirdly, the theory and application of particle swarm algorithm are introduced, and the coding of PSO and parameter setting based on this model with Petri net are analyzed. Then, the algorithm processes are analyzed and Optimization Model using PSO is established, and a brief analysis about how to program to realize the system is given.At last, the logical of system, algorithm process and the interface of system are analyzed, and the system antitype is successes developed by VB.NET 2003, and the studied conclusions are certificated in this system antitype, and the operating results are analyzed.
