Compared to supplier of raw material, supplier of non-product related, is more complicated and more difficult to classify and manage, because it is difficult to make plan and its margin range is big, etc.In this thesis,aimming at the character of non-product related , Non-product related supplier is classified as partnership supplier,preferred supplier , important supplier and commercial supplier , based ABC taxonomy, combined supplier two dimension classification matrix and Kraljic material matrix.At the same time , referring to management principle of multination enterprise and the other benchmark fields, the management solution to supplier is brought forward. According to the above methods, non-product related supplier of PALH is classified as above four kinds , based purchasing of PALH in 2005 year. And dynamic manage, all orientation supervision, EDI and information system, mutual-cooperation and periodic feedback should be adopted in supplier management. When solving the problem of PALH supplier classification , another solution to basing material attribute classification is put forward. Compared with above methods, although the second method is simple, the final aim of enterprise can't be attained.The problem of classification and management of non-product related supplier can be solved by this method , which reaches purpose of enterprise and has prevalent meaning.
