With the development of communication networks and mobile terminal technology,mobile services are changing from single voice to the growing wealth of new services. In order to maintain the competitive advantages of new services , China Mobile has taken product development, marketing promotion, and so on efforts. With the unified arrangements and guidance of China Mobile,Hubei branch keep improving the existing system of new service marketing, products, channels, services and carried out a series of work according to their own realities. Hubei branch has ensured the leading position of new services in regional market, but it also faces many challenges.The article begin with types and characteristics of China Mobile's new services, and also take analysis about the importance of researching on new service marketing strategy. This study also will set out to use the basic theory of strategic management and the product life cycle theory.Then, turn right on analyzing of the enterprise strategy importance of China Mobile new services. On this basis, focus on the new service marketing strategy choosing of Hubei branch in regional market. Also, take an in-depth analysis of the new service marketing model status quo, facing competition in the market situation, the main problems facing conducted. Finally, raised corresponding countermeasures about the perfect mode of marketing, targeted marketing, creating efficient channel system, play integration advantages of resources and so on.The author personally experienced China Mobile's new service development process, and has a long-term business practice for the management of marketing. The present study is combined with the author's MBA education and the daily work, in order to explore a suitable new service marketing strategy for Hubei branch, and give countermeasures for market competitions.
