Engineering Company Risk Management

This themes aimed the study of risk management for engineering company. The themes achieved it by study the theories such as classifying risks and seeking common solutions for engineering company. It also compared the conditions of risk management between engineering companies in developed countries and in China. The themes offered a case of risk management in an engineering company and provided some suggestions for the company at last.The themes studied the risk management in engineering company by analyzing the problems and situations in the following aspects: signing of contract, design, purchase and construction. These four aspects are the key processes to fulfill an engineering project.We can get a conclusion that risks can be foreseen and controlled by means of elusion, decentralization, transfer, and so on in engineering companies. Moreover, risk management can improve the general management for the enterprise.
