This article starts from the exploitation of Indian markets which is one of foreign regional markets of WISCO(abbreviation of Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation). The main target is to uncover and enhance knowledge about the rules of foreign investment and business, through analysis and study the inner & outer environment and strategy layout of ongoing case research.Firstly, this issue introduces and reviews briefly theories about international business, and expounds the value of four main theories to Chinese enterprises'strategy of"walk out". Next, it talks about the development actuality and the future strategy of WISCO'foreign markets. And then, it analyzes the main factors of Indian markets especially those in tight relation with steel industry. At last, the article put out suggestion proposals regarding the processes and emphasizes of WISCO Indian branch's development, which is for the long-range and healthy growth of the above market.The conclusion of this article is, WISCO Indian branch should grasp favorable background that Sina-India trade relationship is deepening under mutual benefits on resource and industries, and should root into Indian local market, developing import-export trade and capital operation, to form a developing way of trade-industry combined and up-back industry chain digested.
