The Developing Situation And Countermeasures Of Fruit Nursery Tree Propagation In Shaanxi

The fruit production had got an unprecedented development in China since reform and open policy was carried out in 1978. The total fruit output of China had been the first, accounting for 13.1% in the world. Shaanxi occupied an important role in China fruit production for its fruit area and output. The nursery tree is the first step in fruit industry, affecting the fruit quantity, quality and profit. A regular propagation and sale of fruit nursery tree is the basic for a healthy fruit industry in Shaanxi. This paper analysized the developing situation and facing problems of Shaanxi fruit nursery tree and provided the countermeasures in the basic of looking for information and survey research. The main results were as follow:1 The developing situation of Shaanxi nursery tree propagation The regular fruit nursery tree was far less than farmer's requirement, the fruit tree distribution were regionalizing and the requirement for fruit nursery tree were becoming diversity, some fruit tree nurseries invested by government had promoted the fruit production, the fruit nursery tree propagation technology including tissue culture, micro graft and young shoots cutting had developed.2 The facing problems of Shaanxi nursery tree propagation The regular fruit nursery tree was scarce and supplication was unbalance, the fruit nursery tree propagation and inspection were irregular, the basic construction investment was not enough and the professionalization was low and the market was full of irregular nursery tree.3 The main countermeasures Select the comparative rootstocks and scions, breed and culture the virus free varieties, promise the quality and pure nursery tree, establish inspection system for all propagation process, establish the registration system for the fruit nursery tree propagation and strengthen the inspection for fruit nursery tree propagation and after-sale service.
