Research On System Innovation Of Microfinance

In recent years, microfinance in China and abroad have seen rapid development. Microfinance institutions such as Grameen Bank and BRI have made notable achievements. At the same time, domestic microfinance development is in the ascendant. The number and assets of credit institutions have more substantial increase.However, the emergence and development of microfinance in a shorter time, the international and domestic market is still a new thing on. Theoretical research is not adequate, practice problems and contradictions become frequent with the rapid development of microfinance.Writing in the introduction part of the purpose, background, research methods and the current status of theoretical issues such as a summary of the presentation and evaluation, the paper first done on the basis of microfinance theory, including the definition of understanding, the theoretical basis of the microfinance development, microfinance function on poverty resistant and operation mechanism. In the discourse of microfinance operation mechanism, focus on the operation law of the group loans, hire purchase and assured substitution, and the relevant model be introduced and proved.In the next two chapters, the development of microfinance in China and abroad is introduced. First, this paper expounded on Chinese microfinance overall development situation, and based on the demander and the provider summed up the perspective of the Chinese microfinance. Meanwhile, the paper also pointed out that China's development of microfinance in the mode of choice, sustainability outstanding problems. Secondly, in the international practice of microfinance, we selected a representative to Bangladesh, Bolivia, and Indonesia, on the process of microfinance development and model.According to the analysis of the theory and practice of microfinance, this paper presents the system innovative proposals of microfinance development. First, institution innovation, the commercial microfinance business should be vigorously developed. This has made new demands to the regulatory authorities' policy. Secondly, the specific system innovation, innovative proposals is presented according to theoretical analysis in this paper and the international microfinance practical experience.In the concluding part, in addition to review and summarize, this paper once again stressed the importance of system innovation and system innovation is the impact that microfinance future direction and development of the key quality factors.
