In the context of globalization, competition in science and technology has increasingly become the focus of competition in countries. And Independent scientific and technological innovation capacity has become the decisive factor of national competitiveness. An enterprise as the main body of State technological innovation, its technological innovation capability has an important role in enhancing the level of national technological innovation. As innovation becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises, more and more scholars and entrepreneurs pay attention to enterprise Innovation. However, with the development of science and technology, professional division of refinement, increased competition, technological innovation has been difficult to achieve when only rely on one-man operations or simple cooperation. Under modern social production conditions, the team work has become the inherent requirements of enterprise technological innovation. Therefore, as the major organizational unit of enterprise innovation, team has become an integral part of enterprises. Enterprise innovation activities are inseparable from the innovation team building.However, for enterprises inadequate understanding of innovation teams etc., in most cases, innovation team-building can not achieve the desired results and hinder enterprises' innovative development. So many enterprises are confused and puzzled. Existing research on enterprise innovation team is still not clearly defined and lack of systematic study on enterprises innovation team-building. In view of this, in order to enhance enterprises' recognizing about the theory of innovation team and play a certain role in guiding enterprises' innovation team building, this paper systematically discusses enterprises innovation team building on the basis of inspecting a lot of literature available and combine some research results about the theories of teams, enterprise innovation, the basic and the latest progress of management.There are three main parts of the full text. In part one, this paper reviews and sums up the related research about the theory of team and enterprise innovation and defined the concept of the team. In part two, based the first part of the content, the paper proposed the concept of enterprise innovation team and expounded the connotation of enterprise innovation team in the following respects such as the distinction between enterprise innovation team and the conventional team, the features, components and life cycle of enterprises innovative team. In part three, with the concept of enterprise innovation team, this paper discusses enterprise innovation team-building from both the team members pose and management. In the composition of innovation team members, this paper mainly uses role definition to analyze how to choose innovation team members and leaders. In the part of innovation team management, this paper mainly analyses team internal management problems in the following respects such as team incentive, conflict management and innovative ways. And it also analyses that how enterprises to support innovation team from enterprise culture, overcome resistance of innovation and innovative organizational structure.
