With the advent of Knowledge-based Economy , human resources will gradually become the most important capital in Chinese private enterprises.Chinese private enterprises are facing the complex and ever-changing environment .Enterprises competition makes them have to learn faster than their opponents.If successful ,private enterprises must enhance staff training and constantly improve the overall quality of employees.From the world's economic and social development trends , lifelong education and training for the staff have become a strategic issue for enterprises development.So researching into private enterprises' staff training is helpful to improve it and can meet the demand of the enterprises' further development.Around Shanxi Hongyi glassware limited liability company , according to the staff training theory, by means of interviewing, self-observe-experience and documentary, after thoroughly analyzing the actuality, the thesis embarks on the existent problems .Additionally, the specific improvement measures and suggestions are illustrated according to the concrete circumstances of Chinese private enterprises.The thesis is divided into several main parts:At first ,it is the introduction .The concept of private enterprise is defined in the part .Practice enterprise is introducted briefly .And at the same time ,it points out research significance.The first part is the theoretical study on staff training .It is composited of three parts .They are staff training overview, choroids of theoretical development about staff training and the role of staff training in private enterprise 'development.The second part is the training status quo and the existing problems for staff training in private enterprise .It includes five parts: Training methods are single, and training contents are boring ;Training management mechanism is lack ;Training market is abnormal; Evaluation mechanism is imperfect; Systems of training and development is unsound.The third part is strategies and recommendations for improving staff training of private enterprises .The thesis in view of the second part of analysis's question, proposes recommendations to enhance strategic competitiveness.At the end, a general summary is given for all the above contents.
