Looking back the history of human progressing, the relation between human being and natural is from"beg god, follow god"to"change the natural, conquer the world", the attitude to natural is from"fear, worship"to"cognition", or"defy". When the time turned to 21century, every country and every person is coming to know that human cannot oppose but friend to the natural if human want sustainable development. Now, it's a big problem for developed country, or area and developing country, or area, low developed country, or area. The problem is that how can we have a harmonious connection with natural who fostered human, harmed by human. China is a developing country. China's ethical areas are low developed areas. The development of China's ethnic areas being in harmony with nature, should unite with the specific situation. The most important of China's national economic development is agriculture. To achieve agricultural sustainable development is feasible way for the ethnic regions to achieve sustainable development. And the foundation of the agriculture sustainable development is changing in agricultural production. Our Government has long been aware of the importance of sustainable agricultural development, has made clear that the sustainable development of agriculture and rural in China is the fundamental guarantee and priority areas for sustainable development. After put forward the importance of the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, now the Chinese government still make the agriculture problems as the most important task recently. It has greatly realistic significance and profound historical significance, to rightly analyze agricultural resources, to explore the ways of rational use to agricultural resources, to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.This article starts from China's ethnic areas of sustainable agriculture. First of all, clear up the theoretical system about the sustainable development of agriculture. Part of the idea of the ancient Chinese ideologist, such as Taoism represented by Lao Zi, Confucianism, represented by Confucius and Mencius, and so on, contains simple ideas of sustainable development, which we should study so far. Marxism also made it clear that "people is a part of natural", people destructed nature must be repay by the nature. Western classical economics generally considered the agriculture production characteristics as natural reproduction. Agricultural production is a combination of natural and human resources. All of this are implied the ecological ideas sprout about sustainable development of agriculture. In 1991, the FAO convened in the Netherlands published a "Agriculture and the Environment" meeting, and defined sustainable agriculture as: sustainable agriculture is to take a certain way, management and the basis for the protection of natural resources, the adjustment mechanism of technology and reform direction to ensure the gain and meet the contemporary and future generations of mankind of its demand for agricultural products. Such sustainable development to safeguard land, water, plant and animal genetic resources is not environment degradation, technical application of appropriate, economically viable and socially acceptable.Sustainable food production, integrated rural development and prosperous protect natural resources and environment to achieve a virtuous circle are the goales of sustainable development of agriculture. the starting point and goal of Sustainable development of agriculture is development, but development must rationally use of natural resources, maintain ecological and environmental well-being and achieving the sustainability of development. This is the sustainable development of agriculture in real terms. Then, inspection and analysis of China's national agricultural development status, and the sustainable development of agriculture, identify areas of China's national agricultural basis for sustainable development and disadvantages. Ethnic regions have vast territory, large regional differences, diverse ecosystem types, rich natural resources, but very fragile ecological environment, mainly for the shortage of water resources, soil erosion, wind erosion, Stalinization and so on. There are still many obstacles to sustainable agricultural development problems of the process, mainly: to promote agricultural science and technology system fatigue, changes in the agricultural system lags behind, population, the rural industrial structure is irrational, and so on. Finally, shows same improvement countermeasures, mainly transforms about agricultural technology system, system innovation, and the population, industrial structure, comprehensive management of agricultural resources, ecological and environmental construction, and other aspects of reform measures, with a view to sustainable development of agriculture at an early date.
