The Study On Sustainable Development Of Characteristic Agriculture In South Xinjiang Area

Through 30 years' reform and development, China's agriculture and rural economy entered a new developing phase. In this phase, improving efficiency of agriculture and income of peasants has become the main issue in agriculture economy domain nowadays. The Strategic adjustment of agricultural structure is an important outlet to settle the problem, while the key to the success of the strategic adjustment is whether we can utilize the superiority in resources and environment to develop characteristic agriculture. It is significant to develop characteristic agriculture greatly on the basis of the full use of regional comparative advantages.This article take crop production as main subject to discuss the problem on sustainable development of Characteristic Agriculture in South Xinjiang Area. This paper includes six parts:The First part: Introduction. This part discussed the background and the significance of the study , reviewed the domestic and foreign fundamental research condition, and introduced content and the research method of this paper briefly. The Second part: Characteristic agriculture fundamental research .First, it summarized the characteristic agriculture connotations, characteristics, influencing factors, evaluation methods and the standards, and then elaborated the development characteristic agriculture significance, all of these built the rationale for this article research.The Third part: The advantages evaluation of characteristic agriculture sustainable development in South Xinjiang area. It discusses sustainable development of agriculture natural conditions in South Xinjiang area form it's climate, land resources; nationality, religious, preferential policy and a comparison superiority analysis of main agricultural product in South Xinjiang area.The Fourth part: Present situation and existing problems of characteristic agricultural development in south Xinjiang area. This part introduced the present situation of characteristic agricultural development in south Xinjiang area, analyzed the problems of the characteristic agriculture's sustainable development according to its present situation.The Fifth part: Countermeasures and proposals about the characteristic agriculture sustainable development in south Xinjiang area. The Sixth part:The conclusion . This part summarized the whole paper, pointed out the main conclusion of this article, the deficiency, and put forward the proposal to the later study direction.
