On this basis, this paper proposes a strategic thinking that industrial development in Sichuan Province are promoted by industrial clusters, and the facing tasks and the objectives of the achievement as well as the strategic way of development of industrial clusters in Sichuan Province.Based on the analysis of the current status of various industries in Sichuan Province, the thesis finds out that Sichuan's economy is facing structural contradictions and puts forward to enhance the competitiveness of industries in Sichuan Province by promoting and developing industrial clusters, integrating strategic and balance practical demand in China's regional economic development. As a'nuclear power'of driving regional economic developing, industrial cluster is the inevitable product to a certain stage of industrialization under market economy conditions, and also an important source and concentrated expression in the competitiveness of industries. Economic development in Sichuan Province must integrate industrial clusters and needs new thinking.
