| China is now on the stage of economic transition. Market economy is notformed completely and the government's intervention is still imposed to economy. As an intermediary organization between government and market, business associations play an important role in this actual environment. This paper is to research a certain action of business associations, namely, the action of rent-seeking. It compares the rent-seeking of business associations with the common rent-seeking of enterprises, and gets a great welfare magnificence of business associations which has a deep influence to the forming of a whole market order and the relationship among government, enterprises and business associations. |
