Procurement is a link between the business activities of enterprises in supply chain. Based on the characteristics of the procurement management, this paper introduced the principle and methods of ERP system, combined with the use of SRM, to study the coordination of procurement management with a view to providing an effective solution.Based on the above understanding, this study started in four steps:Firstly, through a review of detailed study of literature and theories, straighten out the current situation of the procurement management study, and on this basis, raise the issues in this paper, and point out the current lack of research.Secondly, to analyze the reasons for deletion of the coordination in enterprise procurement management, to perform this through the process, organizational structure and information integration in enterprise and the link between the external suppliers and the enterprise.Thirdly, based on the analysis of the former text, according to the idea "internal coordination - external coordination - continuous improvement", to build a coordination system for procurement management in ERP environment. The system includes three parts, to improve the internal coordination of the procurement process, procurement organizational structure and information integration based ERP; to realize the external coordination of the procurement based on the integration between ERP and SRM; to improve the coordination of procurement management continuously by an evaluation system.Finally, in a case study, analyzed the issues in procurement management, and to solve them based on the system author designed.
