With the rapid development of the economy and financial business, the unbalance supply-demand structure of the financial service appears. There are many reasons for this factor. However the main reason is that the present scheme of the human resources for the commercial banks in our country cannot satisfy the requirement of financial service's developments. Therefore, this article analyses how to optimize the present scheme of the human resources for the commercial banks in our country, thus it can helps the quality of the financial services to be improved.Nowadays, the research about the commercial banks' human resources scheme and service quality is normally on one side. They only study the human resources scheme or only study the service quality, seldom of those are concerning both issues. This article has been written to study the relationship between the above two aspects, in allusion to the present situation of the present scheme of the human resources for the commercial banks in our country and the service quality, analyzing their features and the reason, improving the quality of the service's standards through the research of the present scheme of the human resources for the commercial banks in our country, as well as bringing forward the position matching system through improving the quality of the counter service.Basing on the investigation and the analysis, using the method of linearity regression, taking the analysis of the requirements of the commercial banks in Guangdong Province as an example, according to the regression model of the human resources requirements, verifying the reasons why the customers' waiting period in the commercial banks cannot be shortened by increasing the number of the counter staff. This article illustrates the positive and negative correlativity relationship between the human resources scheme and the service quality, exploring the human resources requirement of the commercial bank and its positions' matching system, putting forward the countermeasure and suggestion for realizing the linkage of the human resources scheme and the service quality.
