In recent years,the telecommunication trade in China has developed rapidly,and mobile value-added service has gained a widespread attention from people.The problem of how to build a more sophisticated and scientific application mode for mobile value-added service has become one of the central issues that people pay attention to.Building a brand-new application mode for M-commerce in the educational trade can not only meet people's needs of diversity in education but also create a fresh opportunity for mobile value-added service,thereby achieving the goal of value-added in the value net of telecommunication trade.This paper sets out to analyze the theory and practice of M-commerce and M-education,the research shows that the application of mobile value-added service in the educational trade is still blank,followed with the analysis of environmental factors that affect M-commerce and the development of education,such as politics,economy,society, and technology.Subsequently,this paper points out the feasibility of applying M-commerce in the educational trade.By comparing the application mode of I-mode service from the company of NTT DoCoMo in Japan and the mode of 'Montemet' from China Mobile,this paper indicts that the advanced mode from a foreign country cannot be entirely copied in China,because there are existing differences between the environment of mobile value-added industry in Japan and the real situation in China in terms of support policies,the leading degree of operating companies,and consumer bases.Meanwhile,this paper also points out that there are some demerits in the existing application mode of mobile value-added service in China;therefore,it cannot be transplanted entirely to the educational trade which is different from commercial activities.Consequently,this paper summarizes the advanced experiences from these two types of modes,thereby building the M-commerce application mode of educational trade on the basis of using reasonable references. First of all,build the value net of mobile value-added industry on the kemel of customers,based on the theory of value net.Then,discuss profit modes in terms of the source of incomes,the distribution of incomes,and the increasing mode of profits.In order to build an efficient mode for profit distribution,a mathematic mode for pricing semi finished products is used to thoroughly analyze the distribution of incomes.A service is designed in terms of the integrity and creativity of products as well as the flow directions of information to meet the needs of diversity in education,and the value is delivered by using scientific channels.Finally,the mode of a core alliance organization is built on the kernel of mobile operating companies by using the theory of industrial alliance organizations.Based on the above research,an M-commerce application mode of educational trade on the support of industrial value net,profit mode,service mode,channel mode,and organization mode is built.
