Research On Policy System Of China's Foreign Direct Investment

With the development of economic globalization and the growth of multinational corporations,foreign direct investment has become an important force for the world's economic development,and has been valued by various government.Government plays a very important role in this process,the government's policy can directly affect foreign direct investment's development.From the national macro-level,any enterprise's foreign investment isn't entirely a spontaneous action,there must be certain factors in national policy-oriented work.China is a developing country,but also a country of socialist & market economic system,our government should play a guiding and serving role,such as creating a favorable external environment for this market behavior——foreign investment.In recent years,with China's overall national strength steadily increasing,the relation with international economy becoing more and more closer,"going out" with the core of foreign investment develops rapidly.Carrying out foreign investment is of great significance in China,to support qualified enterprises perform foreign investment is an important action in the new stage of opening to the outside world.From the national macroscopic view,this paper mainly did research on theoretical basis for foreign direct investment policy making,from the point of government promoting foreign investment,comparing with countries' implementation of foreign direct investment policy at different times,analyzing the problems in China's current foreign direct investment policy,as well as proposing development direction,in order to give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the specific content in existing system,so as to provide a reference to better promote the development of foreign direct investment.This paper started to carry out in the four parts:the first was mainly theoretical analysis of the basis for foreign direct investment policy-making,to introduce a variety of policy types of content;the second part described the characteristics of China's foreign direct investment policy and summarized the evolution process of policy system;the third part was performance evaluation of China's foreign direct investment policy system,in light of the actual test of our concrete implementation measures to promote foreign direct investment in Liaoning Province,analyzing the part to be improved,in the fourth part,it selected a example country's experience for our country to learn from,to study its government's practice to promote foreign investment.In the end,it provided directions for the improvement of China's foreign investment policy.
