The development of market economy promotes the continuous improvement of enterprise management,and it improves the management efficiency of state-owned enterprises to become the focus of reform.An effective incentive mechanism has created and the management efficiency was improved,through management improvement and innovation.A kind of quality management in state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics was rising in production teams of FAW Foundry Co.in the late 90s of 20th century.The example of the improvement management efficiency under incentives is one of the achievements since FAW Foundry Co.set up more than ten fruitful years ago.A unique "RSE" incentive mechanism was formed.FAW Foundry Co.improved the quality control in the passive situation and withstood in the test of the market by the effective functioning of this kind of incentive mechanism.Over the past ten years,"RSE" incentive system improved and developed continuously for its unique charm and tenacity vitality,and it was accepted by the production teams more and more.This incentive system has been core resources of FAW Group to enhance the competitiveness of products.RSE incentives address the quality of management for a breakthrough.It is necessary to achieve integrated quality and production systems from quality control. The staff incentive was prompted by abolishing the protection of traditional waste indicators.RSE realized digital management,enhanced management the capacity and avoided the equalitarianism.Such a system to break the existing distribution system,realized distribution according to work,reflected the people-centered concept of scientific development.It was that the RSE system is different from the traditional rnanagement and it highlighted the value of its innovation lies.Through the great efficiency of RSE system,RSE incentive system could prove that the management of RSE innovative ideas improved the efficiency of management. The purpose of this thesis research is that through the research of RSE of the incentive mechanism of the formation and implementation base on FAW Foundry Co.management thinking,to summarize innovative management ideas.In this paper, it used theory and practical cases as research methods.The main contents of this paper were to combine with the theoretical knowledge and an incentive mechanism as the role of management efficiency,and to summarize management efficiency of foundry companies and characteristics under RSE incentive system.In this paper, under the guidance of theory and practical analysis,the practical RSE incentives were formed.The incentive system was proved the effectiveness of its incentive.Firstly,the incentives were implemented from management issues of FAW Foundry Co.under enterprise management incentive theory.The process should reflect the following basic principles:1,objectives combining.2,material incentives and spirit incentives combining.3,guiding principles 4,rationality principle.5,the principle of clarity.6,the principle of timeliness.Then,the company's improved direction of the incentive system was discussed in this paper.The whole formation process of the FAW Foundry Co."RSE" thinking and its inherent meaning were reviewed and analyzed.The "RSE" management incentive system design ideas were described,including the prerequisites,the core system,the implementation of safeguards,inspection and evaluation system.The operation prerequisites of RSE incentives mainly means:process traceability,price reasonability,the accuracy of the data.The core of RSE incentives including:prize distribution system and process,identification code design,production and using, processes Price calculation,statistics and data messaging system.From the "RSE" application effect we can find that "RSE" incentives were effectively promoted in the FAW Foundry Co.subsidiaries.RSE has great vitality in the state-owned enterprises,the vitality is reflected not only in the scope of promotion and,more importantly,in good results.It mainly manifested in the following two points:1,it is suitable for production team in workshop.2,the more difficult the more places it could reflect the value. The study also found the "RSE" incentive system need improvements:1,labor results can not be directly evaluated team through the number count.2,labor processes can not be directly disassembled to integrated team.Such as melting and sand mill team which were not easy to implement because of the responsibility individuals.RSE incentives must be carried out later after code distinguished and the identification refinement.3,for management positions,the evaluation were fuzzy as a result of the work can not be quantified.Therefore,RSE incentive system has some difficulties in running.Finally,this thesis summarizes profound experience of RSE incentives system in the research process:1,State-owned enterprises should change their ideas first if they want to achieve effective incentive.2,The development of RSE in FAW Foundry Co.reflects core concept of the scientific development concepts.3,RSE is the foundation of digital manufacturing management.4,RSE is the spiritual force of FAW Foundry Co.,ltd.
