Study On Chinese Enterprises' Transnational Management

With the degree of opening up all over the world more than any time in history, economic globalization has become the world's inevitable trend of economic development, international markets and the increasing integration of the domestic market, any enterprise will inevitably participate in international competition, multinational operations Chinese enterprises are bound to the survival and development of the inevitable choice. At the same time we also can not ignore the existence of its own shortage of funds,multinational investment matrix is puniness and competitive power is feeble,scale of investment is finite and a single mode of investment,overseas enterprises and the of the low level of parent operator,overseas investment structure is not quite reasonable and feeble brand consciousness and lack technique disadvantage.Chapter Three is mainly about the problems and countermeasures analysis of Chinese transnational enterprises. Even though transnational operations of Chinese enterprises has been a great score, but the performance of multinational operations far from enough to meet our country's economic development and opening to the outside world needs. Enterprises also exist a number of problems are as follows: operating mechanism is not flexible enough,ability of financing is finite,it is difficult to adapt to international market ; organizational structure and function of multinational corporations is single;transnational business enterprises lack person with ability;the Government of transnational business enterprises lack of unified planning and overall strategy; Government's overseas enterprises to invest in the lack of macro-management efforts; lex and policy is faultiness. So Chinese enterprises should be converted transnational enterprise mechanism , to strengthen the management of multinational operations;the Government to formulate China's overseas investment and transnational business's overall strategic planning ;Government strengthen our country transnational enterprises macro-management;at the consultation and diplomatismt and other,Government strengthen function of service; to strengthen and perfect the multinational operations laws and regulations.
