The competitive advantage has a very important influence on an enterprise's survival and development. After we enter the WTO, the overseas large-scale transnational insurance enterprise enters the Chinese market in abundance; therefore the domestic insurance market competition is fierce day by day. If the Chinese insurance enterprises want to grow stronger to gain and maintain competitive advantage, they must go out into the international market for the purpose of seeking new development space, In addition, the Chinese insurance enterprise is also in the initial period stage of transnational management, which mainly adopts our country's customer strategy. As the customer that insurance enterprise provides service go to the overseas market for development, if they want to continue providing the service for them, they also have to follow them to go to the overseas market and implement transnational management.The Chinese insurance enterprise is a successor of the transnational management who has evident competition inferiority in terms of transnational management .For example the experience of transnational management is insufficient; the person that is good at management is deficient; the level of management is outdated and what is more, they possess the market information fully. If the insurance enterprise wants to form their own competitive advantage they have to base on the Chinese comparative advantage of inexpensive resources and the labor force.
