| Land use and land cover change (LUCC) driving force combined two categories: nature driving force and social driving force. Land use is the conscious behavior of human, therefore, enforcing the mechanism of land use and land cover change, especially the study of influence and effect human behavior factor, which became an important study field in the mechanism of land use. While, in the course of multi agents system model (MAS) in the actors, there were many advantage in the mechanism of discussing the human to adapt the nature and social economic environment change. So, it was used widely in the study of land use and land cover change.This paper use the game theory to establish the multi agents system model of the scale of farmers group. Take Mengcha village in Mizhi County for example, according to the aerial photo and investigation about questionnaire from farmers, which were divided into four categories: the farm household of planting crops, hiring out for working, painting crops and hiring out for working and planting the fruit. The result of land transfer indicates that: irrigable land has the trend to the farm household of planting crops, and dry land has trend to the farm household of planting fruit. Using the dynamic games of complete information to analyze the relationship among the farm household of planting crops and hiring out for working, the farm household of hiring out for working and planting fruit, the farm household of planting fruit and planting crops and hiring out for working. And trying establishing the evolution game theory model between the farm household of planting fruit and planting crops. it use ArcGIS,ERDAS software to analyze the relationship between the farmer and the environment. This paper have main conclusion the following:(1) The paper take the terrain as the main limited factors and use ERDAS software, which points out three kinds district to lead the farmers behavior effectively. According to the survey, there are less space for jujube in fitting areas. So jujube planting have the potention to expend, at he same time, which analyzing the number limitation of farm household of planting fruit.(2) The dynamic game of complete information shows that, it's the optimum strategy to let the farmers in the farm household of hiring out for working to work; let the farm household of planting crops to contract the irrigable land; to let the farmers in the farm household of planting crops and hiring out for working to work in the leisure season; to let the farm household of planting fruit to contract the dry land; to let the farm household of planting crops contract irrigable land. With this strategy, it can realize the maximum benefit of itself. The evolution game theory shows that, the farm household of planting crops and the farm household of hiring out for working can crops and the farm household of hiring out for working can get the game of Nash equilibrium, which means just limited farm households can realize the maximum benefit of themselves through study and adjust decision process. the four categories of farm benefits fruit, the farm household of hiring out for working, the farm household of planting crops and the farm household of planting crops and hiring out for working .in the situation, the best choice should encourage the farmers in the farm household of planting crops and hiring out for working to work to increase income.(3) Besides the way use of land to increase the farmers income in Mengcha village, planting jujube need to build "scale hole", which can slow down the soil erode quantity and make great effect on ecology and economic benefit. therefore, this paper sums up that," The Mengcha village had formed a new land utilization and family' business pattern, which were minority of farm household contracted dry land to manage the orchard, some contracted irrigable land, some separated from the land completely and went out hiring out for working, majority of farm households work on farm when busy season and work out when free farming season." It not only analyzes the advantage and shortcoming about Mengcha village, but also choice the different district whose the nature condition the some as the Mengcha village, which describes the issue about generalizing the model of Mengcha village. |
