| With the improving requirement of environment protection in recent years, flue gas desulphurization(FGD) projects have been rising quickly. As FGD is a new project field, so it is very important to research and improve management. Based on the management theories, with the FGD project management conditions, this thesis take XINCHENG FGD project as the example, by project management scheme programming, analyzing the FGD project management.In the case of low cost and short schedule of FGD project, the thesis researching the organization management, schedule and planning management, and cost management maily, analyzing the frequent problems of these aspect, and the countermeasures to the problems.On the FGD project organization, the organizing modality, project team organizing, working post, responsibility, team inspiriting, disband the team, and so on, are discussed. The thesis analyzed the project management harmonizing system of FGD, and the organization management about subcontractor, bringing the subcontractors into the management system by contract. As to the construction troop, the manpower and the special workers are considered mainly.On the planning management, the project milestone, work breakdown structure, network planning, schedule executing and controlling are analyzed. Indicated that technic relations should be emphasized in FGD planning, so that to make shortest schedule, and to optimize the plan. In order to achieve the schedule goal, analyzed the main problems of planning manament, the impotant work is to control the schedule, harmonizing the specila plan, and take measures to improve the ability of construction team, assure the project schedule not delay.On the project cost management, because the severity market competing of FGD, bidding price is very low, difficult to get project profit, so the cost management faces very pressure. The thesis based on cost management measures and cost control principles analyzing, discussed the countermeasures of main cost problems: first, take cost items in account betimes, to get the correct cost information; second, prevent the cost increasing of subcontracter breaking faith, establishing long term cooperation relations, to improve the faith of subcontracter; third, improving the project quality cost assessing, set up relating consciousness of quality and cost, while assuring the project quality, decreasing the cost at the same time; fourth, organizing construction scientifically by plan, decreasing time driving cost. |
