Research On Competitive Advantage Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Cluster

In the intense contest of countries and regions,small and middle-sized enterprise clusters have been the main factor of determining the regional contest priority and promoting the development of world economic. In China some clusters have been developed, special small and middle-sized enterprise clusters have become the main power of economic development in some places. It gains low costs superiority, cluster's innovations superiority, region trademark superiority, product variation superiority. But with the development of economic,there are some problems of our cluster economic and the issue of improvement, such as lack innovation ability,lacks the patent, property right protection consciousness, most enterprises are family enterprises who are low market competition ability, especially since we entered WTO, international trade has often barred which made the transact grosses decline.In this paper, through narrating cluster theory, it analyzes the reality of cluster and the competitive superiority. From the view of macro, middle and micro, it points out the difficulty of improving cluster's competitive superiority and measurs to solve it . According to the reality of our country, this paper pointed out the industry policy of how to improve competitive superiority in order to supply something useful for the development of small and middle-sized enterprise clusters.Finally,according to the status of Changchun Automobile Industrial cluster compare with domestic and oversea Automobile Industrial cluster, this paper points out the incessancy development way for Changchun Automobile Industrial cluster.
