The purpose of the study is to be able to help enterprises to overcome the bottle-neck of strategic, identify and enhance its core competitiveness, construct enterprise development strategies, develop and use their core competitiveness, seize the opportunity to avoid the threat, so as to achieve rapid rise. Simultaneously, this paper through researching the Strategic structure of The Taiyuan Eastar Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., to give a lesson for other such kind of small and medium environmental protection enterprises which may have the same problem, and to confirm the increase of the extension elements of the value chain of activities.The results of this paper is that via researching the value chain of enterprises, to help the enterprise to establish a brand-new value chain to identify and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, find a way to build and adjust their own developmental strategies, and get the target of rapid rise in the fierce competition by using and developping its own core competitiveness.
