The Study And Analysis On The Core Competence Of ShuoHuang Railway Company

Since market competition is increasingly cruel, the enterprise's core competitiveness has become a new view angle and new scope to Enterprise advantage. The paper introduces core competitiveness into railway enterprise, and on the base of basic theory of enterprise's core competitiveness, we take ShuoHuang Railway as research object. ShuoHuang Railway has now been facing the changing domestic factors in railway markets. She has to face the fierce competitions from the other domestic competitors, who intend to edge into railway markets. In order to upgrade radically the core competitiveness of ShuoHuang so as to main long term leading position in the fierce competitions, the essential and only way to survival and further development is to develop and improve enterprise core competitiveness.This thesis is divided into five main parts of the ShuoHuang Railway Corporation to build the core competitiveness for discussion. In the first chapter , the research background, the significance of the research, present situation of domestic and foreign research, research content and structure arrangement are introduced. In chapter two, the enterprise's core competitiveness theories are outlined. In the third chapter, the integrant parts of ShuoHuang Railway company core competitiveness are analyzed. First on the base of analysis of core competitive power condition and combined with enterprise core competitiveness theory in the second chapter, this paper proposed ShuoHuang Railway company's core competitiveness's 6 integrant parts: the management strength, the technical strength, the fund strength, the brand strength, the channel strength, and the innovation strength; then in view of 6 essential factors and based on the core competitiveness level system model, has designed the railroad enterprise core competitiveness questionnaire, selected enterprises which are similarly to ShuoHuang Railway company and uses the factorial analysis method to analyze and appraise the core competitiveness essential factors that the questionnaires include separately, thus a clear situation of ShuoHuang Railway's core competitiveness can be obtained by comparison. In chapter four, on the basis of the third chapter and from five respects: internal innovation and change , external resources access, technology and equipment modernization, strengthening enterprise management and making enterprise culture , the paper has put forward the construction plan of ShuoHuang Railway Corporation's core competitiveness. In the fifth chapter, the paper summarizes the full text, points out the existed question, and looks forward to the future research.This article defined the railway enterprise core competitiveness, established a set of evaluation of analytical tools which are applicable to ShuoHuang Railway Company, put forward a number of applicable proposals for ShuoHuang Railway Corporation to develop, nurture and protect core competitiveness, hope to provide policy recommendation for ShuoHuang Railway Corporation to improve the core competitiveness and grow in size and strength in the increasingly fierce competition, at the same time provides reference and refers for China's rapid rail in particular the joint venture railways, local railways for development.
