Research On The Coordinated Regional Land-use In Dianjiang County Of Chongqing

Coordinating regional economy development and optimizing the overall layout of it have become an inevitable direction guiding the regional development under this new situation. Land policies and monetary situation have become two main means of controlling socio-economic development and rational land-use and management has drawn increasing attention. As an important means of coordinated regional development, regional land-use planning is of great significance for optimizing the allocation of land resources and promoting both intensive and efficient use of land resources.The paper, proceed from the connotation of coordinated region, analyzed the differences of factors affecting coordinated regional land-use, which are regional nature level, socio-economic development, regional land-use, strategy position of regional development, based on relative research.Using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify coordinated regional land-use control indicators, on the basis of analyzing factors that affecting coordinated regional land-use. Firstly, by using relative statistics and research information of preliminary work of Dianjiang land-use overall planning amendment, following the principles of land-use function district, considering natural, socio-economic conditions, present land-use and long-range goal, the paper established primary indicator system of land-use function district. Then, using principal component analysis method, it set up the indicator system for land-use function district.The paper divided the land-use function district with space clustering analysis and multi-factors integrate appraise methods. With the results of which, the paper proposed the plan of land-use function district, and the plan is as followed, the Urban Construction District, the Industry Development Agglomeration District, Cultivated Land and the Basic Farmland Protection District, and the Land Ecological Protection District. It followed request of coordinated regional development strategy, gave prominence to similar principle of natural and socio-economic conditions, land-use characteristic and land-use direction, maintained the principle of the integrity of administrative division, fully accounted of the eleventh'five year'of Dianjiang county and proposals from experts.Based on land-use function district, the paper showed the space function, land-use direction, control indicators, goals, and measures, which provide effective guidance for improving coordinating development of regional land-use and economy.
