As the developing of the market and the increasing of the production scale, the market of the wood composite door is growing into a mature stage gradually, and the competition of the price and the quality has gradually became the competition of the channel and the brand. This paper regards the marketing strategy of Mengzhijia Doors Company as its study object, works out a scientific,reasonable and practical marketing strategy system, and has real significance in promoting the sale of the wood composite door in Mengzhijia Doors Company, improving the marketing channel Construction of the whole company and enhancing the market share of the wood composite door in the company.This paper first discussed the 4P marketing theory and Potter's competitive theory and market localization theory in detail, and find the strong theory basis of this study in it. It made a detailed analysis on analysing the present development of Mengzhijia Doors Company's core channels, analysing the market of the wood composite door and positioning the market level of the wood composite door, ect. Secondly, this paper built a marketing strategy system of Mengzhijia Doors Company, and made a detailed analysis of the product strategy,position strategy and channel stratege of the wood composite door. Finally, Proposing the operation Guarantee Measures of Menzhijia Doors Company marketing strategy system to enhance the the smoothness of the business and the service on the aspect of increasing its fund input,using advance technology and professionals,perfecting different service standard and enhancing group construction of marketing channel, ect.
